Our Story

OUR PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES:

In order to qualify, you must have the following:

1. Steady combined household income proven with tax returns. Income can be New Job, SSI, Disability, and child support if you wish to use it as such.

2. The ability to make small repairs. Most homes are not exactly move in ready or need some modifications, light repair, or cosmetic touches.

3. Bad credit or no credit is OKAY

If you find a home you like, we can buy it for you!

The PROPERTY must meet the following:

Home price must be below $100,000.
The purchase price must be 50% below market value (Realtor can help you with this)
Home must be within city limits of area of interest - no rural homes
Single Family homes (SFR), Multi-Family, Townhomes, & Condominiums are acceptable

The BUYER must meet the following:

Household income of at least $25,000.
Have at least 10% down payment.
Ability & experience to make repairs if necessary.
Bad credit ok.
Social Security, Disability & Child Support payments accepted as income.
